Ethan Triano is the owner and founder of Triano Appraisals, LLC, a Virginia-based residential real estate appraisal company established in March 2022.

​

Ethan began his career in real estate appraisal as an apprentice under the guidance of his father, an experienced real estate appraiser. Through years of hands-on training and mentorship, he developed a strong foundation in property valuation, market analysis, and the importance of providing credible, independent appraisal services.

Since establishing Triano Appraisals, Ethan has worked extensively with mortgage lenders, appraisal management companies, real estate professionals, and private clients throughout Central and Eastern Virginia. His experience includes conventional, FHA, and USDA appraisal assignments involving a wide variety of residential properties, from traditional single-family homes to rural acreage, waterfront properties, manufactured homes, and complex residential properties.
